He used to be Gwen Garcia’s critic but now they are allies. What happened? I personally dislike political butterflies. It manifests weakness. I don’t know. I maybe wrong but he said he would expose the filthy activities the province had in CICC involving Gov. G. Garcia. Whatever happened to his promise. Another thing, I ve heard that he’ll be giving 5000 php loan with no interest? I can not consider it as help especially when election is coming soon. Who on earth would give such amount of money without any interest? Well, the interest may not be in monetary form…the more I must be careful. Another form of vote buying as this will be realized after election.


He wasn’t able to attend the need of his people in Bukidnon when they sold their property to San Miguel Corporation. It reflected how he truly is of service and of help to people. How can he love his people in Mandaue(his district) when he is capable of had neglecting them?

What is the use of money if the soul is ghastly… Lougi Quisumbing is one of the political leaders who are good in promises. He can not hold critical things such leading the 6th District of Cebu. He might have power and money but his credibility and ability to led people is naïve and inexperienced. He has facing so many personal issues that even him can’t sand on it, how much more in local and national issues.

I do believe people in 6th District of Cebu are wiser enough to choose their congressman for this coming election. I can suggest Baludong Cortes bacause his love, dedication and respect to our country is enormous. Lest Support Baludong Cortes for congressman.!

Talk about the PUNLA foundation which is the scholarship program that is funded by various corporations and companies. But the Quisumbing made it look as if he owns this foundation.

And the sad thing is, those students who rely on the foundation were not able to continue studying because of lack of fund, hmmm.. really suspicious..

Is this what y'all want for our Congressman... Try and consider other options (DONG CORTES)

in fairness to my Mandaue ... she has many gunsmiths of note ... and a world class manufacturing capability ... did you know that there is a gun factory in subangdaku ... maufacturing export quality M4's (this is the modern equivalent of the "baby armalite" of the 60's) ...
