mga bro ug sis ..does it need to have na ka tesda certificate ani para dali ka maka sulod trabaho on autocad then usa sad kaylang ba engineering imung course ani or I.T related nga field ang kinhanglan ani trabaho a?

Does it need to be a computer degree or engineer in applying an autocad operator or does it need to have certification for this?
