This is so old news already. Xlibris is under a new management now. Most of the people mentioned in this email is not connected with Xlibris anymore, as what my friends told me.

Each company has it's own reason for terminating people. I'm not saying thay I agree of their methods but no company is perfect. It's up to your own perspective of what a good company is. What I can say about Xlibris is that it gives opportunities to all regardless of what's your background.

very well said and i agree a hundred and 5%. going on two years nko sa xlibris. i've seen people come and go. newbies here and newbies there. only the willing, the hard-working and the strong ang ga-stay and gadugay. let's just say, xlibris defines the term survival of the fittest. daghang mga tao nga na terminate or na eoc ang daghag yawyaw and daghag bad (as in below the belt) na mastorya about sa xlibris. look, wala juy perfect na company, maybe near-perfect but lisud pangitaun nah and depende rjud na sa tao. i can't and won't say nah all praises ko sa xlibris because di man pud jud. i've had my shares of all the bad-mouthing (who doesn't) and stuff but hey, naa raman gyapon ko dibah? it's because i like working for xlibris. i like being an author services rep (although mas like nku being a marketing services rep... hehe) i like what i do and i love the people na ako katrabaho. it's hard as hell (take it from me), grabe ang pressure, grabe ang kapoy but that's what i get if ganahan ko magdugay. i'm all in for the ride.

-- i can name a few people nga nanghawa ug xlibris but namalik ra gyapon. that should say something right?

going on two years nku xlibris. i work in ops, not sales. so far, so good. piece of advice, don't listen to all the crappy things they say about the company. depende rjud na sa tao. if you want a high-paying job, then this is the company for you.

Hi! I would like to ask regarding sa data encoder kay ang nakabutang sa ila hiring sa newspaper, must willing to work long hours. Unsa oras duty diay ani kng naa lng mo idea. Then contractual man 6 mos lng gyd sya or unsa man ila pamaagi? Naa ba tendency na ma extend or ma regular? Mao ni sya ang mu sweldo range 10-15 ba?
