Cheating isn't confined on a certain race or region. Wherever you are from in the world, cheating happens.
Even in the middle east where cheating is punishable by death through stoning. It is still happening.

One-thing, I'm sure of about most Cebuanas. . . win their heart and you will become their world. ^_^
