my daughter is now 8 years old, she was taken by her father last June lang. If I file for child custody, do I have hopes that I will win the custody of my kid.

What if my daughter wants to be with me rather than her father na for 3 years wala nagpakita niya? is that a good point against the father?

hi catnip. i feel for u sis. try to PM notooth. his dad is a lawyer... i have sorta consulted them both for a situation i am in and they have reinforced what i have always thought was MY right...and my SON'S rights...

though u are in a different boat.... you are still the mom... if u are still unemployed... get a job... not for the fees but more for your credibility as a good provider.

i am sure that they can shed light on your situation gyud.
