bro nka sulay ko ana nga problem... ako gi-buhat ky gi-copy nko an explorer.exe file fron this path "C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386" and replace/overwrite the explorer.exe file on this path "C:\WINDOWS" and it works.... try lga bro... kun di nmo ma-overwrite ky i-up an OS in safe mode...

Type:
SFC /SCANNOW
Kelangan insert mo yung disk

@ALL thanks sah mga tabang, ako gbalhin ni nga thread didto sah software section bisitiha lgn ninyo, wala pah dyud koh solution nkit-an, ganahan unta nko msolve ni nga problem without reformating my PC... antus sah lgn koh ngita solution pero kung dli pah dyud jpon ni msulbad, ireformat nlagn dyud ni nko..
