Sa Banawa, I'm not that familiar. If I remember right, it's across Paseo Arcenas. Sa IT Park, it's in I3, beside I2, dapit sa Jollibee.

There are a lot of work-at-home jobs available today. Perhaps your father wants to try them out. He simply needs to prepare a resume and perhaps a sample or a portfolio, depending on what he's trying to apply for. With your dad's experience, I don't think he will find a hard time looking for one.

The good thing about work-at-home jobs, at least for me, is it doesn't really put emphasis on age, even on education. As long as you have what it takes to do the job well, you can be hired. Moreover, your father doesn't have to stress himself out by commuting or spending more on food. He can be at home, be with your mom or your siblings, and earn He also has the choice to do it part-time and just increase the responsibility or the workload whenever he feels ready.

You know, he can set up a consultancy business. It doesn't take a lot of money to do that siguro. You said he has a good reputation with the companies that he's been with. So maybe he can start with them. Or maybe he can ask to be referred to other companies.

You also said he's good at selling. This time, he can sell himself and his expertise. That's a valued commodity, IMHO. He can also create a blog or a business website so he can reach out to regional and maybe international clients.

I hope this helps. You should seriously consider suggesting this to your dad. At least he can work on his own time, do what he loves, and earn a living.

Let us know how the job search goes.
