Last year around September, when I applied here, PS offered me an endorsement for ASPIRE. There are three of us at that time and I didn't sign the endorsement slip for ASPIRE. It's because of the rumors that you have to pay for this ASPIRE thing. If this is a mistake then I should have taken that big opportunity at that time. Maybe, I would be working on one of the CC's here in Cebu! Maybe in the feature, I can reapply always on PS.

Payment:
I want to clear things out once and for all.... hehehe... yeah, some of the trainees need to pay 3.5k for those who are not a registered voters of Cebu City... Kai since January - May kai naay scholarship for registered voters of Cebu City.... ang government daw ang mo pay sa training... but I'm not sure if it'll continue until the end of the elections... Just try to inquire sa APS kung naa paba scholarship after the elections... but kung naa ka time para mo apply and be endorse karon nga month... ayaw nalng pag duha2x... And wa ni allowance....

About the Training:
I've learned a lot from the training.... From english 101 until sa phone simulations... All materials and examples are related to call center scenarios, so magamit jud nimo kung naa naka sa floor... then they have high end trainers... makat on jud ka and push you hard to your limits which is good para sad mapagawas jud nimo ang imo potential kai gi endorse ka sa Aspire kai naa cla nakita nimo nga fit ka sa CC or APS... E-Assessment ka daan para kung unsa nalang imo kulang mao nalang ang e improve... so they are straight forward when it comes sa imo training.... Sa uban nga training centers kai naa na sa ulahi ang assessment which is wrong kai d na nimo ma enhance imo self kai late na...

Application Process after Aspire:
After 2 weeks sa akong Aspire kai na endorse dayon ko sa usa sa ila mga accounts... And na apply jud nako ang akong mga nakat onan... thanks to my trainer... hehehe... she really push me hard nga naninguha jud ko... e endorse man dayon ka kung maninguha ka ang makita jud sa mga trainers nga na improve jud ka... kai kung mag easy2x ka, d jud ka ma endorse... let the trainers feel nga ready naka... when I applied kai did2 ko nasangit sa Preliminary interview but the good thing kai na diritso ko sa Final interview then phone simulation... sayon ra ang phone sim kai usa man sad ni sa mga lessons... so familiar nka sa site and what to do... then kung kapasar ka kai OPS interview dayon... asa ka ana... dali na kaau ang process.... and luckily, nakapasar ko tanan... and had my SC/JO sa akong 2 weeks na training... Ang imo lang jud puhonan kai maninguha lang jud ug maau then participate jud sa class... practice your mouth to speak english then accept kung naay mga corrections kai para mausab nimo...

Para nko, worth it ang training and I'm very thankful to Aspire specially my trainer Sharee... kung nahan jud mo mo work sa PS and will do anything to learn a lot... ayaw na pag duha2x... sana makaabot pamo sa scholarship nla... and don't let any hindrance block you to reach your goals... naa man gani mga tigulang na pero ni apil jud ug training kai they really need a job and are willing to learn... and One more advice... Kung naa namo sa training... don't ever give up... kung ma endorse dayon or dugay ka ma endorse.. doesn't matter... the important thing is makasulod ka... k? learning is not a waste of time... Good Luck sa mga nakatraining na ug sa mga nagplano na magpa endorse... hehehe...

yeah if you will be endorse for a scholarship... its just a selected people who will just need a little improvement on their communication skills... Not all are entitled to be a scholar... you must let the assessor to think that you just need a little improvement on your comm. skills and he/she will really endorse you for a scholarship... samtang wa pa nahuman ang election, grab the opportunity to be part of APS because they really in need of new agents or rather be a part of the Aspire scholars so that you will learn a lot while having fun... a little piece of advice.. have fun while learning... and on every assessments, digest all the tips and advices of the trainer.... I'm not sure when the scholarship program will end but while its there, grab it... Good luck and may god bless us all.. hehehe..
