    Default procie is underclocked....

This is my friend's laptop... it's a Nec Lavie LL900.

The core speed is at 600Mhz.

Tried searching at the bios setup to configure the bus speed or the multiplier to run it at 1.6Ghz but I can't find it.

Any other ways of tweaking this procie to run it at its normal speed?

    TIA

    Thanks for the reply

So there is no need to configure this.

    Yup naa speed-step sa bios.

Better have low speed with low power consumption and less heat

Prevention nalang daan... masunog nya ang laptop

its just a power saving tool bro..
dili pod na masunog oi, sa intel procies kay mo-shut off raman kung masobraan og OC.. (correct me on this)

automatic rana mosaka iya clock speed kung needed sa computer..
