simply because they are not enjoying the job they are presently in (either too stressful or too relax), whether it be the account, the schedule and most importantly the PAY..if a teammate of yours informs you that there is a new CC opening with a higher pay, most of them will probably resign and transfer there.

they simply want a different environment with a greater fee/ benefits.. or they are not happy with their work...

there's a lot of factors actually it could be.....

1. working environment
2. aiming for a higher PAY
3. they're no longer happy w/ their job
4. stressful but high paying job VS too relax but lower pay

and so on and so forth..

in the case of someone i know...*ahem*,trip lang dyud.but that doesnt mean that that someone i know doesnt take note of the company its been.
