DHA- an omega 3 fatty acid usually you get through eating fish.

Chlorella-a processed algae whith chlorophyl which you get enough from vegetables and exposure to sunlight

Sodium Ascorbate-hydrates that body which you can get from drinking regular juice or water.

Vit. B Complex-is produced normally in you large intestine by you normal flora (bacteria). although vit B comes in many forms B3-B6-B12 they all help produce healthy RBC (red blood cells). However this cant be done by drinking it. If you want more of this it has to be administered through IM intra-muscular injectables.
