in big skuls, they give more than 12K as starting salaries so much better jack u also try out some schools na institution na jud.. sakto si jun, read the contract k naa pod sila na terms and clauses na mebe d ka maangay like ila leave, substitution pay, or the load ur gonna take

yeah gmay rajud ang 10k but ok na oi as long as field jud nako anyways mo increase pman.I used to work in call center where salary is really good but la koy ma feel na fulfillment. if 10k oki na but better if higher jud.High school man ta q then nana man nadawat so ila q g.offeran sa elem level..

***Mao jud ni nakalisud sa uban private schools kay instead of hiring teachers for appropriate levels, they look into something else.
@Jacking, I think sa imong part is because you have call center background which ilang giapas since most students are english speakers. Or maybe sa Korean group ka nila ibutang.
