Can any of you explained, why charter day was
made?

i just would like to know...

maybe someday when my son grows old and ask
about charter day... naa koi ma share...

can any one here share a little about this HOLIDAY?

why is this made?

and who died on this day... nyahaha if naai namatay...

well... and why does cebu doesnt have a governor just like any other city do?
