The best thing to do is to talk to him personally (not via text or chat) and present the problem.
You must agree upon a common solution, either thru a given period of time wherein he has to pay his debts or some sort of collateral agreement.
If ever matters don't get solved through this, tell him that you plan to consult a lawyer and file any applicable case fit for the situation... if ever there are any applicable, ang abogado na maoy bahala mangita ug lusot ana.

i wanted to talk to him bya but dili man xa magparamdam if ako cya set-an ug date gd. nya like he's hiding bitaw from me? karon gane nakabantay ko nga wala na cya magtingog sa iyang mga threads. hahahahaha. he's soOOOOOOOOOOOOO guilty keu buh. can u help me with some other tips brad? mao nlng jd na akong gi-apas nya ba. ang bayad sa iyang mga otang.
