Yes, clear na jud. According to some of our personnel who are stationed on the eastern side of the Samar coastline, it was a non-event. The wave was supposed to have hit at 1:30 PM today but as of 3 PM, there was nothing. The regular Pacific swells that roll in all the time were probably larger than the tsunami wave. The place is the Visayan surfing capital and eight-foot waves are not uncommon.
We still took regular precautions like clearing the beach areas and making sure all our staff were far away from the shoreline and on elevated areas of the property. Better safe than sorry.
