In a vending machine, whats the mechanism for dispensing products? Is it in the hardware or software?

dispensing a product is already the works of the mechanical aspect while software takes care of the command

For the mechanisms on dispensing, it's on hardware. In the codes, use an object oriented programming language like C# for example!

this can also be done by simple logic IC's with combination of mechanical. pwede rasad software etc.

mechanisms are always sa hardware; solenoids, relays, motors are all hardware.. but they wont run alone they need your programming skills.

the software holds the instructions for your dispensing unit. it controls all your hardware, lcd displays, keypad, coin selector, etc.. the programs are stored either sa pc, or sa PIC or any microcontroller.
