    Default Successful RN's working abroad

Ask lang unta ko sa mga RN's who successfully made it outside the Philippines and are working abroad. Unsa nga agency inyo gigamit? Can you share your experiences with that agency. HOw much was the fee, how long was the waiting time and asa ka na country gipadala. Any infos would help. Better man gud ang tao nga naka-experience na and are already working abroad ang makatabang sa mga RN's who until now are still having a hard time finding a job. At least ang ato mga kaila dili na mabiktima sa pareho nahitabo sa Sentosa. Thanks gyud kaayo.

i think i have posted similar reply to a thread related to this pero lahi lang title. well, back 2 ur questions:

Name of agency: RYMEK (owned by Nolan Pidor), i didnt chose the agency personally but i was referred only by the employer itself coz it was them whom the employer has contract with for hiring international nurses. inshort NO CHOICE!

Over all experience rating: from gud nga average yet leaning towards more on the negative side. Y? staff wer friendly but not clear with their rules of reimbursement! they owed me my exams coz it was me who financed it in the first place. gi-lingog lingogan lang ko sa tag-iya.

Length of time: 8-10mos the most but dont get mistaken of the idea or notion na ang agency ang makapapaspas sa papers nimo sa INS....IT IS A NO, NO! they only lodge ur application and that is it maybe facilitate its completeness pra di magback n forth sa processing but never sila ang reason na mapaspas! mao ra ba ni claims sa agencies kasagaran.

Fees: NONE everything is paid by the employer. this was the past ok...what actually is happening agencies pay for u either they have the offer from all exams or whatever u had completed will be reimbursed. sila shoulder ana tanan. BUT once ur papers are done and ready for deployment naka, BAYARAN NA SILA SA EMPLOYER PER HEAD MEANING PER NURSE NA SUPPLY basing on their contract stipulation. as i have heard during my time before, mine was 18k dollars. but, once u set foot sa place of employment and u have been processed as one of the employees na sa facility, THE AGENCY IS OUT OF IT NA. wa na silay relationship nimo especially sa imo sweldo ky nidawat na sila ug limpyo. all in all, head hunters ra na sila sa employer but u will be considered as directly hired gyud unta!

so be careful agencies who are doing just MANPPOWER POOLING....basi sila inyo employer ug di ang hospital.

    suggestions:

1.) do a research on ur agency, if u can communicate sa hospitals connected nila the better but worse case scenario ky di ka tubagon due to their privacy law that is strictly practiced and enforced sa abroad labi na USA. if naa mo friend na nakasulay na then ma trust ninyo na na...

2.) never do AGENCY HOPPING, ky employers are investing already once u signed a commitment to the agency and most people just dont realize it ky abi nila pa un-hanay sila ug palarga kung mahimo. that is so selfish na batasan yet kamo ra mag suffer sa consequence sa immigration records puhon. have a friend who experienced this and naglisod nuon sya apply for citizenship ky ipa-plantcha usa sa iya ang records...

for all hopeful RNs out there....just hang on for now and this situation, shall too pass!! but when u plan for u future start them the right way always. so take time in scouting n choosing ur agents who will not USE u for business purposes but truly help u attain such dream! if u are an RN with almost complete international papers, HUMOT kaau mo nila and mind u they will earn money by processing u.
