ang nindot na comparison ang venice 3200 ug ang intel 820 kay its about the same price range, ang intel 805 mas cheaper pa gyud. I would compare intel and AMD at the price range na mapalit nimo not the 2.8ghz lga775 versus 939 3200.
I have an asrock 939 and venice 3200 OC to 2.41ghz, but for the price makakuha na unta ko ug 820 dual core. So price/performance jud ang sakto na point of comparison.

take note, nindot ra ang Intel 805 kung e overclock, its running a bus speed of 133 and modern CPU's run at 200
