Speaking of Filipino Inventors, Engineers, and Scientists, I urge everyone to pursue Science and Engineering at a research level especially the young generation who are about to choose a course in college. This is the way we, Filipinos can succeed as a nation. Science and technology is the way to progress. Anyway, there are so many Masters and PhD opportunities abroad. Learn from the best countries and apply in to the Philippines. If many of the young generation do this, who knows, it could spark change. I invite everyone to challenge the young generation to pursue science or engineering not only as a means of occupation but at a really high level (advanced research level and being globally competitive).

This is how the scientists and engineers of the once poor but now great countries have done. Learn abroad to apply and innovate locally.

The government is run by politicians who are businessmen and not engineers or inclined to science and development. Do not expect them to understand and support our inventors, they are only concerned about their own business, makabawi sa ilang gi pundar during election ug mapanindot ilang mga negosyo. Tan-awa gud unsay trend sa politika dire sa atoa, tan-awa ang history kay klaro gyud nga walay klaro ang majority.

If we really need to innovate and improve, magtinabangay nalang 'ta, forget the government and forget the patent office kay pangwartahan lang ka. Apply your inventions or innovations sa local community aron makinabang ang tanan sa imong palibot nga nag kinahanglang. Ibaligya ang imong products sa barato nga paagi aron daghan ang makapalit ug makagamit, you will then have some money to further fund your research and development. Forget getting rich at an instant when your passion is to help and to innovate things or invent something. Just do better everytime naa kay produkto, funds will follow later. However, pagbantay kay naay daghang negosyante kusog mo take advantage sa imong kakayahan ug ayaw gyud pagamit kay kwarta lang na ang ilang gihunahuna and in the end biyaan lang unya ka.

Sa pagsabot nako bahin aning support from government, government mismo ang mo open ug research and development and funding para mapalambo pa ang project. Another support needed is licensing or approval tingali aron makadistribute, maka integrate sa project with the current systems running aron di matawag nga illegal labi na sa panahon nga sikat na kaayo ug daghan na ang nakinabang. According to Dingel sa tv interview, gi did-an daw ang government mo support on projects that will compete oil as source sa energy, so walay support for water car since it gets its energy from the raw material nga water and not oil. Ang nakalibgan lang pud nako aning Dingel kay di lang pud sya mo implement sa technology for people to use with or without government support. Pero makasabot ra pud koy kay very possible at this stage, kuwang sya sa funding aron malimpyo niya ang product nga sayon nalang unya gamiton sa mga tao. Sa makita nako sa iyang setup, katag pa kaayo. Kung available ni nga magamit nako ang iyang technology, I will not buy a brand new car kay majority sa akong gibayran useless man nga technology, I'd rather spend the majority of my money on technology nga magamit nako ug panindot sa car.
