The membership thing is only for formality and recording. The best thing to be a member is for a seller to be vouched by a moderator (which I say won't be easy). Kung naay specific "Terms and Agreements" which states clearly that Istorya is not liable, not part of any transaction, that we only provide legit information about each seller through their membership, kung walay ingon ani sa Internet gubota kaha sa? Mao nay purpose ana niya mga dodong.

I don't know if you're familiar with link exchanges between well-ranked sites in google. The website who lists those links are not liable for any content, for the products, etc. and all, ang ilaha listing lang.

Same with this, Istorya is venue lang. Dili na ihinanakit ang membership fee kay dili mi mga nawng ug kwarta mga bai. Ang atoa lang, malipay tang tanan diri. Mura baya sad mo'g active members uy, nga manud raman sad mo diri para mamaligya, why should we care too much for you? Di man gani mo mangapil ug outreach then daghan kaayo'g say basta hatagan na rules. At least ang mga C.I.A's kaila na mi ana nila, kamo wala. Mga newbies pa then daghan na kaayo ikasulti? Kaalegre sad ninyo uy.

I, agree with you, it should be specific that both sellers and buyer have thier TERMS of Agreement. it is also best that Istorya will benifit from thier profits even if its by percent.. or equivalent. Mas maayo kung dunay Dunay fee before ka maka post sa imong product then, Iformation sa seller in case of any damage claim but Istorya is not liable in any incumbrances may arise between them or part of the Terms of Agreement...

the ROOT of this problem and discussion why newbies are being discussed is only one thing newbies always forgot..

They don't care to read the FORUM rules.

can i suggest something. how about call all forum adiks especially newbees up to CIA's status meet at a certain place and organized then contribute monthly or yearly membership dues, implement ID system, plan for a monthly meeting, bi-monthly, tri-monthly or by quarterly meetings. after a year i'm sure ang mga dis interested persons will surely and slowly fadeaway haron malimpyo ta diba. mao nay simpliest thing kon gamay ra ta gamay rapod ang badlongon (im not pointing anybody) pulos na man ta but-an im sure. I repeat suggestion ra ni. mga pinalangang bro and sis.Â* thanks.

I think no need na. Its the buyers discretion about the things he/she buys in this channel. Dapat lang jud aware ang buyer about the personality of the seller, e.g. asa siya nagapuyo, landline number etc. Thanks

However, if indeed naa man gani membership, dili liable ang Istorya between transactions. Ang purpose lang sa membership is to have legit record of full name, (required ang ID sa membership) contact numbers, and address sa seller, or kaha vouch ba ron from a moderator or administrator.

Let's focus on BeoR's condition usa. I agree rald, it doesn't matter upgrading certain requirements for sellers kay mga negosyante gyud moagwanta na sila basta lang mahalinan.
@n`gel: I totally agree with you!!

    To be implemented:

    - Newbies will no longer be able to post a topic under buy / sell. This is to let people value their access on the said boards.
    - Buy / Sell subforums will again be visible to the public.
    - Premium membership will be introduced. Both to validate sellers / buyers or simply a way of supporting the site. (Details to be posted later)

Yes. What is the number to become a non-newb anyway? Implement this, but make sure the number to get out of the nubness is reasonable ... say 50.
