dont get me wrong coz i made my comment not specifically for you. actually it's a general comment for most RN these days which i personally have observed. those items listed, are just samples of questions RNs usually ask if they are going abroad and it's not meant for cebu city. i just made a relative comparison and observation from the olden days.

mao na siyay giingon na choosing SURVIVAL over SERVICE. Di ma blame cause usually ron ang nang-graduate sa nursing is anak ug dato or struggling but have money. Gi-apas ang pagpangapply for experience sa dagkong hospital aron makaapas dayon sa gawas.

Hypocrite of me to say na wa ko mangandoy anang mga butanga noh, pero personally im struggling sad pud gyud to land a job. It's not like any day naay kwarta ikasupport sa kaugalingon just to get in those "trainings". Pero i hope sad you could understand sa plight of some of us na gusto sad mahimong staff nurse and dili lang kai kutob lang sa sigeg training and atten ug seminars.

It just saddens us na daghan willing mu.offer ug service maski meager ang benefits and wages basta lang sad kay makaoffer lang sad pud ug service in return bah.

but this is not happening man gud. imbes magtinabangay bah, a lot of hospitals ron are kicking us out from opportunities just because gamay grado o ba kaha gamay ang prc. dapat unta they should look beyond what the papers say.

as for the Philippine Nurses Association sad, dapat sad ta mu stand sila sa ato mga nurses. Dapat mulihok sa ta dyud sila ba to make ways for the changing times and needs. i believe makadungog ra dyud ta sa ilaha kanang ting pasar sa PRC o ba kaha tig bayad renewal sa association. other than that wa dyud ta ka hear sa ila bitaw na nangusog sila ug himo programs aron matabangan ta tanan.

and for you other colleagues na manumbat for what other colleagues are doing, ayaw sad unta. try to say things in a more humane way bah. di kai mangasaba ang dating or manumbat. because in the end di man gud kita ang mag pay sa consequences ana, sila man. the best thing you could do is to tell the person sa tarong na pamaagi lang.

i perfectly understand what u r trying to tell me. please try to read my post prior to ur quoted one. if u did, i do not mean to be so rude or inhumane in my comments. i might just be straight forward and speaking in a matter of fact way and basing on personal observation from the changing times.

wala ko manumbat bisan kinsa and i am just trying to point out some characters of nurses at present compared to the past decade or so not meaning to be self righteous but infact to make a stand that we need to be patient especially nowadays are the most difficult times to look for a job compared to the past. dont u think we havent experience that part too? but in our time, hilom nalang amo baba ky since time immorial basin HS or elementary pa mo guro mao na ni ang culture sa hospitals or even ang PNA. the organization has never change a bit and how i wish they will do wat u have said....i wish a change in our govt as well.
