it depends on what flavor you drink... pine orange and pineapple are kinda okey (not dat soo sweet)...i usually drink 1bottle of 330ml every after meal.. it's cool coz i think it boost my metabolism... maybe because of L-carnitine content which really works for me....

330ml is not enough. mahal pa jud. ang P20+ nga 330ml is presyo na man na sa C2 nga 500ml. pero naa jud "healthy beverage" nga murag ka nagdrink og C2, choco drink, energy drink, coffee, growee, green tea, milk... all in one glass. the price is like 1 liter sa C2 which is more or less P25.
