you can use any ATM card as long as it has VISA or mastercard logo on it

I haven't tried other cards aside from Eon card, union bank E-wallet

Just get a card and get your money to your account.

Do you think somebody would wait 4-5 days for 11 pesos?

And what when you file a dispute at paypal? You get the money right away back, and the other party lost 2500 pesos.

IF anybody would do that, then you should sell your $58 for 2000 pesos or such.
