thanks for the replies. that doesn't answer the big question though. WHY DO WE AGE?
yeah, wear and tear lagi... but the question is, WHY?? why do our bodies experience wear and tear. mura raman hinuon ni ug ni ask ko "Ngano tam-is man ang SUGAR?" nya nanubag mo ug "kay SUGAR man!"![]()
what's the significance of Dr. Belo's works/products? Dorian Gray? Oscar Wilde? Dr. Belo is a dermatologist and works primarily on anti-aging products, but that doesn't mean she already knows what causes aging. she just has the expertise on making your skin look young even though you are really old inside.
pangasaba lge ni?? aw kybw nadae ka sa answer , sir? although the answers posted by our istoryan friends are, so to say , wrong, d jpun nimu ma disregard tanan ( dili man sad ni sa pinilosopo style, watkybw nga serious dae 2 cla pg tubag a2). angx2 kae nangutana guhd ka~
now, nanu mag Wear n Tear man? every cell natoh nae life span, ang sa k2 cells n2 gikan pagka fetus n2 lahi na xia sa pgka tiguwang n2, meaning kada ilis sa cell mapun.an ug new but weaker cell. another thig is the lifestyle ex. food barun or klaC sa work.( people exposed to UV rays kai, aside sa mkkuha ug skin cancer, mka pa lukot sa skin).as we AGE, mag anam kalaylay a2 skin because of the reasons above^, so murag illogical mn gne ni na answer para nimu, Ok fine.... note : dili juhd mahuman ang pangutana nga "nganu man" bsta na answeran ug "nganu man"? -from my fave algebra prof. sa college
maybe you misunderstood what this thread is all about. kung imong basahon ang title ug ang first post, ni ask ko WHY DO WE AGE, pointing out to an article about SCIENTISTS getting closer to finding the answer. did i say all your answers are wrong? don't put words into my mouth.
if you read the article, it suggests that our cells age at a different rate depending on several genetic factors, as well as environmental ones such as smoking. BUT, as to what causes people to age at a different rate remains vaguely understood.
just wanna share this link - a good reading for this topic..
