Nursing Specialty Organization are those special areas na gusto ka mag specialize. Like sa OR if gusto ka mag specialize ug OR nursing you can be a member of their organization.

Nursing Specialty that i know present in Cebu

1. RENAP - Renal Nurses Association of the Philippines, this is an accredited nursing specialty organization, which specializes in renal nursing ( Hemodialysis, Kidney Transplantation, Peritoneal Dialysis)
2. ORNAP - Operating Room Nurses Association of the Philippines fo nurses who are in the field of perioperative nursing)

last december, nagrenew ko sa akong PNA membership since required man siya if apply ug hospital...didto rako nakahibaw kung unsay benefits sa atong PNA...after 3 consecutive payments (ex.2007, 2008, and 2009) after the 3rd year, hatagan na ug ID-type card pariha sa PRC license nato, then ang ID number ana kay mao na atong PNA number...after sad sa 3rd payment kay dili nata mag-renew annually...then if ma-hospital pud ta, maghatag sad sila assistance ana, if nakabayad lang gyud for 3 consecutive years...wala man gud na natarung ug explain sa ato, mao sige ta reklamo ngano mahal bayran unya wala tay benefits...pls pass on...thanks...
