Dear Fellow bantam hobbyist

we are hopefull to announce that before this year ends, our dream of organizing a clud fit for our beloved hobby is one step ahead from being a registered organization in securities and exchange commission, thus we, the elected officers of the club hereby created the by laws as proposed in the recent meeting conducted @ Dec 13 2009, 4:30 pm Emall:

the by laws as presented states the following:

1] We should maintain th prevailing market price of our bantams whether agreed or disagreed by our members (e.g minimum price range of php500.00)

2] Standards of breed must be maintained (e.g 1 inch mark for japanese bantams)

3] Strict quality control for our showbirds

4] Attendance is a must, any absence within 3 consecutive meetings for regular members are suject to a verbal warning thus can only be resolved by the submission of a valid excuse letter

5] Fair dealings between seller to buyer is a must

6] Camaraderie among members shall be maintained at all times

7] A member must always comply to the membership requirements

8] Underage members should have consent with the parents

9] Company journal shall be visible at the end of the year to all members

10] Imposition of penalties to any member who breaks the rule:

1st offense-----verbal warning-----disqualification to join exhibits

2nd offense-----written warning-----freezing of share of stock

3rd warning-----final warning-----donation of freezed stock under the clubs fundings

4th warning-----disfellowship for 2 months-----subject to submiision of acts of sorry by offendee


NOTE: ALL LISTED LAWS ABOVE ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL AGREEMENT BY ALL EXISTING CBCBAI MEMBERS BEFORE THE FINAL SUBMISSION OF OUR DOCUMENTERY REQUIREMENTS TO SEC THIS WEDNESDAY DEC 16 2009......THE OFFICERS GLADLY WELCOME ANY ADDITIONAL LAW FROM ANY MEMBER OF THE CLUB UNTIL DECEMBER 15 2009 CUT OFF TIME @ 12:00 MIDNIGHT

price range depends on different classes and breeders sir

naa ko nkita sa ppf selling class A and B which are valued at 7k-2.5k/pair

naa pud sa multiply selling trio at 3.5 but i bet mga crossbreeds nato

apil2x lng nya sa meeting sir to be announced by me...so far nagwait pme sa amo president to come
