OnT: I appreciate this thread. It gives us an idea on the salaries offered by dfferent CC companies. And it gives me an idea that my company is really paying lower than those companies operating on night shift, hehe, pero k ra. I am after the experience (medical related man gud ang company) kaysa mag CC ko then wa nako ma linya sa akong profession

naa ba call center agent nga naka adjust jud completely sa sleeping pattern? Kana diay nag 2 years na sa call center? maka survive tingali longer and call center agent kung dili mag inom sayo pa sa buntag. Ma dugay ma yatap jud na.

CC is still a business
they pay you more kay they expect you to work more

basic pay mo range ra jud na ug ug 10k - 15k
the rest is incentives
as they say "earn as much as 25K"
kani lang daan catch phrase nah "as much"

kung ganahn ka work local with "normal" office hours GO dayon
pero paet ang sweldo kay "normal" man pud
kung compare pud nimo ang pay sa lain2x CC

nya mura na man hinuon ko ug mamatay kung i-assign sa buntag
mas kapoy man kay samok ang karsada, traffic nya init pa jud

this is a very informative thread.. at least it gives a bird's eye view of what an applicant can expect in applying with these companies...call centers offer big pay because they entice you to work beyond your normal bodily capacitive way. On the other side, the tortures that you make to your body is not going to manifest right there and then.. it takes time and years to pass... before you know it nalang nga your slowly killing yourself (working at these CCs) all for the sake of money....

in one way or another we have learned to love our job
and my job has continually provided food in my family's table
and sometimes a little more...
when you say "normal bodily capacity" this is subjective
some people are just competitive and love to work in a fast paced environment
the CC is the perfect place for this
since all your hardwork gets rewarded with incentives
kung ganahan ka fly by lang
just meet all the minimum stats required then you just get the basic pay
but then
if you want the plus you have to work for it
for me this is fair ra man pud
wherever you go or work stress will always be there
its how you cope up with it that matters
