sa ako idea lng.. HR management should be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their employees and be able to utilize them in a way that helps achieve the goals. HR management should try to to find where their employees fit in terms of their tasks or job sa organization.

Human Resource should :
DOCUMENT
ORIENT
IMPLIMENT
ISPIRE
and should be PRO MANAGEMENT!
btw, I need a good HR.msg me
will look into the problem and does not take sides BUT listens to both sides AND is Pro-management AND Pro-employee (a good employee though) at the same time...
sorry..i meant management oriented...
