unsa cguro, i didnt read the link you provided but sa tanan nako nabasahan sa una kani jud mga velociraptor maoy pinaka kusog, labi na nga 10k rpm sila compared to 7200 rpm sa usual hard disks.

my experience pud sa green vs black, dili kaayo grabe ang diperensya nila sa speed sa ako na feel, pero like what a fellow istoryan said to me about this... "the difference is minimal, but it helps me sleep better at night." .... and i couldn't agree more. heheh...


another thought from me is that i really like to have the velociraptors becoz of the 10k rpm, but grabe ra ka mahal, and i think taas pud ang heat ani coz kusog na kaayo ang spin. i really think the 10k rpm makes a huge difference in speed becoz jumping from 5400rpm to 7200rpm ma feel man nako ang speed difference. i also consider the solid state drives but also grabe pa ka mahal. i plan to get a 64gig ssd to use for system only when prices go down.
