talked with an infectious disease specialist, not very sure about the specifics but goes like for dog owners and people exposed to or at risk of dog bites, you may avail of prophylaxis active rabies immunization. This would come out cheaper since one vial of the vaccine can be divided by 4 or 5 people and will be given only 3x and this is good for 3 yrs. So if naa ka bie wether accidental or intentional of any animal including man, you do not need to be given immunoglobulin which is expensive.
