i dont know about SonyVaio. will try to google. it's not pretty.
mostly i see are complaints about Sony's International warranty.

from what ive read, it's usually they dont honor the warranty.
you have to return the item to the county where you bought it.
also, if you wanted international warranty, you have to pay additional$ to get international warranty.

better check the warranty from their website.

from what i understand, you need to get TouristLimitedWarranty from HK.
so that you can get warranty here in philippins.

dako kaayog price difference ang price sa gawas and diri.. pero beware lang sa customs when you return. Best if you hand carry the item with you in a non descript bag para dili ka initian sa customs.

Also,... ang packaging sa imong laptop.. place it in ur maleta para dili ka initan.

I'm not really sure unsay policy sa customs with regards to items like laptops pero it would be better to conceal it lang kay you'll never know basin binuangan ka.



Sa HK diay... better if you buy didto sa Fortress if you want good product support. I also noticed Sony laptops have similar prices lang wherever you go sa HK... so stick to the big stores para easier ang after sales support

ok raman nang customs. basta isud nimu ug shoulder bag and as long as you don't tell them you bought it outside the philippines.

safe kaayo palit laptop sa HK. but like everyone else said, ang int'l warranty mura rag wala kung naa ka diri sa pilipinas. maoy nakafaet.
