don't forget these facts:

1. The ratio of members:moderators a 1000:1 or similar to that. This is a quite large community, naay mga buotan naa pud mga badlungon.
2. Same as most of us here, kaning mga moderators diri gikan ni sa lainlain nga opisina or workplace, dili sweldado sa istorya.net to do nothing else but monitor the forum. Don't even expect your reports to be noticed right away.
3. For a start, ireport lang na sila then subay lang sa rules yourself para di mapun-an mga badlungon.
