You know sir you're sensible and i admire you. Can you just imagine its 5 years and lesser ang experiences sa students, how bout the quality of our work if ma Registered Nurse namo mag tanga lang mo inig actual sa OR/DR, good if ward lang ka ma assign pirmi, hinoun usually kay sa ward manta. But take note dili bya pwede nga pulos lang ta ug theory we need the actual experiences likewise. The rest if asa mo mas comfort then go hehehe...

yah its unfair jud aside from the fact that they only required 3 each cases they also have their early exposure in the area,as early as second year they already exposed to OR/DR.Good thing for them is that early exposure means early enhancement for their skills and knowledge.

me too until one istoryan placed it as part on the thread we wer discussing and sharing. filipino nurses used to have that "world class" caring hands but now, that's all gone i guess. much as i hate to agree on it but it seemed replaced with low grade standard training...

karon pako kadungog ani pero i think it's fair enough...

for those who follows the old curriculum, adding 6 more experiences would be good for them.. kay dili man mapalit ang nakat-unan nimo sa field dba?

for those who goes for the new one, well, kuwang man gud ang cases ron..so ok ra.... dali sila makacomplete sa requirements..pero experience-wise, lugi sila...

i think this boils down to a lot of new nursing schools sprouting everywhere since the boom of nursing abroad... and some old schools too have declined standards of training due to an oversupply of nursing students to the point that the clinical instructors can't accommodate all already...

But anyways, lucky them kai level 2 ang magtudlo nila. (Which pinangga kaayo)
    Unlike sa level 3..daghan hagbong.
