Honestly, I think (especially considering that you've decided to go legal) you should not be posting this story as the other party is not able to present their side. I've never been overly impressed with the service at that place, but I do feel that commercial entities are often unfairly treated in forums and it seems far too easy to tarnish the reputation of a company based on one alleged incident.

Mao sad.. the more they should be doing their job well coz they're slaleslady, a frontliner for customer service.

daghan pud ko experience anang mga sales clerk nga way ayo jud, labi na mamili og customers. naay mga times nga tapulan jud kaayo ko magmake-up or dress up properly. mogawas jud ang batasan sa mga sales clerk. pero kung tarong kaau ka og sinina polite kaayo mga sales clerk. faet....
