you have some options actually:

1. position your router at the highest point and if possible at the center of your proposed coverage area.
2. replace the stock antennas of your router. stock is probably 2dbi or 3dbi. if you replace it with 5dbi, signal will increase by 50%, if 7dbi, by 80%, and if 9dbi, 110%.
3. get a wifi signal expander. linksys is probably the only one you can find here in cebu. it's easier to setup than a wifi repeater since you just plug it in and it will do the rest.
4. wifi router as a repeater. cost is probably the same as that of the expander, but this one might take time to setup, especially if you don't know what you are doing. i suggest reading some tutorials (google it) online or get a networking specialist. electric consumption of a router is also probably higher than an expander.

the above suggestions are ranked according to level of difficulty, feasibility, and cost efficiency.
