katong young adult pa ko, idealistic kaayo ko. righteous kaayo. feel nako i can handle the world gyud. i told myself then nga "im from a prestigious university so i should always show my best." akong motto ato kay "to be so strong that nothing can disrupt my peace of mind." na-realize nako as i got older nga imposible ni. na-realize nako nga daghan diay nga mga butang nga outside my control, and im not as good as i thought i was.

now im more tolerant of my mistakes as well as other people's mistakes. i realize nga im human and daghan ko limitations and more realistic na ko sa akong mga expectations. when i accepted nga im not perfect, then much happier ko sa akong self kay im starting to accept the whole me, not just the good parts but the bad too

maybe that is what maturity is . . . if not, im getting there na siguro
