the question is will this thing really sell?, it has no real economic value, its more of a play thing. i mean take a look at those things listed by "rambutan" and can people really afford the price tag set on those things. note that those islands that dubai made arent selling at all, one of the many reasons that thier in a financial grip.

another thing, what so great of a top view of a desert?? theres nothing there...

the shanghai financial tower(or trade center bato) is more practical or the taipei 101.
