the brand is DELL OPTIPLEX GX-400 its just pent 4 ra 1.8ghz!!

possible but hard, lisod na kaayo pangitaon ang mga pentium 4 ron. kung makakita man gani ka, used na (possibly same condition as to what you have now). switch to the new socket LGA1156 (i5 series) or get AMD's low-end lineup if you don't want to spend some serious cash with Intel's.
