    Stop blaming others to mask your mistakes. It's ok to admit na sayop ka.. and it's ok to return the buyer's money. Afterall, wa ma'y mawa nimo dba? I-uli gud ang unit nya uli nimo ang kwarta... ayaw nalang ug post diri sa imong baligya kay wa na kai mailad diri ana imong "date of purchase" ug "date of pullout" explanation.

    Ilara ang bogo bro.. pero kana imong buyer nagtuo ka mailad na nimo?
    Sa sobraan nimo ka confident, abi nimo wa nai mas bright pa nimo..

    wala ka nag impose na "customer is always right"? or any other assurance na satisfied imung customer even after sa deal ninyu? walay return or exchange policy?
    seriously bro, pwde bya ka ma kasohan ug criminal charges ana.... just put yourself in your customers shoes(pili-a nang customer na kuti-kutihon kaayu) para maka feel ka bah unsa ilang bati-on... that way ma improve nimu imung sales and marketing sa imung product... honestly bro, after ani na transaction, if naay potential buyer nimu na maka basa ani, ambot if ganahan pa ba siya mu palit ug items gikan nimu so tarunga na imung pag baligya... REPUTATION IS WAY BETTER THAN PROFIT

    @Marcial: I hope you know how serious this problem is. You might miss the term swindling as punished by our Penal Laws, specially Art 315. Its a serious offense bro. If your buyer still have the receipt he might be able to use it against you. Even verbal lng ang sabot nyo makasuhan ka ana kng gus2hon sa seller nmo.

    Hope d na mo mg reach ana na point.
