WTF!!! unsa gugna nga klaseha sa policy!!! shame on to whoever the owner of that mall
sa e-mall ni sa..? naglaag2x mi sa ilang basement before then naa gipost pics didto sa violators apil mga kawatan.. naay luoy kaayo. tiguwang na kaayo then iyang picture kana gani uwaw kaayo nga smile.. iyang placard gisuwat kay gidakop cya kay nikaon sa LEFTOVERS sa foodcourt.. di jud ko kalimot ato.. so sad =(
Grabe sad ana... eating left overs? ka SAD ana gud...
yup, I demanded for a receipt which I do "doubt" if they give it to every "offenders". (gikuha man daan amo money then mobalik ra daw ang guard with the receipt. - if you were embarrassed, would you still stay and wait for the receipt?
I followed the guard to their office and demanded for a receipt. at first "wiris wiris ra ang perma and C lang ang ibutang sa resibo"... with my anger, I demanded for a formal receipt with my complete name and the name of the person(supervisor-daw)who issued the receipt just in case I can publish it on local news papers. - the receipt still with me though, laminated man gani kay it was a very memorable experience.
@TS:
I smell something fishy.
Yes, I do believe that the management do implement that rule BUT what I meant about fishy is the way those people extorted you.
I believe it's more of a modus they are doing using the corkage policy.
Those instances that they caught offenders who were more than shy enough to claim the receipt they put the money in their own disposal.
That "manager" is in cohorts with that "guard".
They are tying up as a team to make easy money using the mall's policy.

By the way, that's the reason why she waited for you guys to finish your food instead of reminding you before you even started eating.
Same thing as jaywalking, the enforcer sees you and already knows you have the tendency to cross the street but he waited for you to do it so that you can pay instead of blowing the whistle while you were still safely on the other side.

emall ni. sa sm kai ok rman nila nga mo kaon mo sa food court og food from the supermarket. SM is the most customer friendly mall and service oriented mall i know. ayala kai ok ra pud nga mo kaon ka sa ila food court og food or snax gikan sa grocery. emall kai bati au. daghan kaau og kuti nia ila pd gi tuyo nga wla gi butang sa asa dali ma kit.an ang tarpaulin.
.. i know this is off topic, but this scenario in E-Mall is very much similar to CITOM, they hide and once they see a pedestrian offense they sprang up and catch and tag, without even giving warnings of any kind.

emall ni... okay man ko ani... ang nagbayad kay ang mga establishments gud diha, so dapat ilang pag-kaon ra ang pwede... daghan kaayo mag-tambay ra diha... samok ayo tan-awn...nya way gipamalit...
kudos to the guard on imposing the balaod sa mall... dako kaayo nang streamer diha nga walay outside nga pagkaon pwede...
"ignorance of the law excuses no one"... this should be imposed in all our laws...not only in a mall....
kasuway mnku ani saona..but la pa toy bayad..hehe..
