who knows the freaking answer? nobody knows the freaking answer, to tell you honestly. so don't go pretend you know the answer, coz you don't. how did you know GOD has freewill? i don't know GOD had the freewill, that's why i was asking.

.. and as to an answer, no one alive can ever know. Be it the highest order in religion or the smartest scientist, note the word... ALIVE ... again, only when we die shall we know all the answers.

- if you are suffering then it is considered as a trial

- if you have a lot then it is considered as a grace from god.

.. oh, and the best of it all is when they try to rationalize those people who are still suffering even if they are very much a devout or have lived their lives in doing prayers. Best example would be those women who always pray inside the santo ninyo church, those sellings candles .... look at them, they still haven't got any grace or reward from god from all their sufferings for Him. Why well, the most common answer i get is this our life on earth is just temporary, what's important is our life after death.. that i could say that god is one crazy and lunatic god.

technically, there is a huge difference. ask yourself this:

- is Santa Claus being venerated?
- do people worship Santa Claus and regard him as their SAVIOR?
- are people willing to give their life for Santa?
- do people actually go to Church to worship Santa?

it's kinda stupid to ask if Santa has his own freewill to give gifts or not. you're adding insult to injury by implying that people do actually believe this, and that they are a lot more stupid than you think for believing Santa has the freewill. are you guys really that stupid? i didn't think so.

atheists are more likely to get depressed? this is a common misconception to imply that believing in GOD does, in fact, bring meaning to their lives. thus, living an atheist life is a meaningless life, therefore, they are more likely to get depressed. please continue living in fantasy land brother.

- the Haiti Earthquake (100,000 killed)
- the Tsunami (500,000 killed)
- the Holocaust (6,000,000 killed)
- Rwanda (nearly 1,000,000 killed)

why is it that when good things happen, we credit "GOD" for it. but when bad things happen, for some reason, we always seem to blame GOD's creation (human beings) rather than GOD himself. didn't GOD create everything according to his plan? what exactly is the "divine" reason that GOD allow things to happen like this? it's terrible, horrific, and in contradiction to the attributes of this so-called GOD... the loving, caring GOD.

Anyway, assuming God is omnipotent, in turn Him being "omnibenevolent" is a big misconception among believers. If he is, in addition to being omnipotent, then there would be absolutely no suffering in the world. Of course, this kind of logic will be overturned if you believe that God has a "greater scheme" to let these things happen:

Why do you say bro that if God is all-loving, there would absolutely be no suffering in the world?

I do believe though that some people (who are lucky enough to live) find enlightenment in the midst of utter suffering, but think about it- does it really require 100,000 or 6,000,000 dead to realize enlightenment or to teach a lesson?

How can we know that 100,000 or 6,000,000 is too much? Are we saying that the quantity and quality of suffering in the world makes it improbable that God exists?
