Testing with PT-04 II - SUCCESS!

Although I'm getting inconsistent results. Trigger sometimes not firing the flash. Actually more miss than hit. A little research and turns out there's something about the current being sent out by the receiver to the flash that isn't enough to trigger it. Oh well, at least I know that everything inside the Di622 is running alright. Now to test this with the RF-602

* The pc-synch cord is a bit long and has a bigger end so I had to install a converter so I can fit it back to the 3.5mm female jack on the side of the flash. Table messy with burns from the soldering iron

Finally found the right RF trigger for my modified Nissin Di622. The PT-04 RF trigger, but weird, it had no name on it unlike the one I borrowed from Recon25 that has Phottix PT-04 II marked on it.

Thanks to Sir Fred (Tikud) for letting me try his RF trigger. (photo below) This RF trigger worked flawlessly with the modified speedlite. Now off clicking off to BnS.

I don't have my own trigger yet I just borrowed Recon25s trigger. But found the most consistent trigger for this with Tikud's PT-04 TM trigger.
