2 years ago, I built a wall at the side of my house to cover the messy looking hinayhay.
Our village officers asked for a P5000.00 bond.
It cost me P1,500. to build that wall.
After it was finished, the officers refused to return my bond saying I violated the covenant.
I defended that there is nothing in the covenant that mention against building a wall.
And why did they approved it in the first place?
They said what I built was a fence.
I said the fence is built on the perimeter, the one I built was simply a wall.
How could a bunch of intelligent adults get themselves confused with the two terms?

After the election, the wife of the officer who refused to return my bond when she become an officer herself.
She too refused to return my bond stating that she is not willing to revert what his husband decided to do with regards to my case.
So, she too, as head of design and review committee, refused to return my P5000 bond.

A few days ago, his husband, a few years younger than me, suffered a heart attack and died.

    Mayroon nga talagang karma!
