yes after three long years. well it was sad that the original developer of tower palace encountered financial problems during that period, drastically slowing down the construction progress of this much-awaited luxurious condo inside the cebu business park..

anyway, after the take-over of PHI, the construction is set to resume this month and is scheduled to be completed on or before 18 months..
