cool off is for cowards who are scared to face the problems they are encountering in their relationship...i know my opinion is kinda undesirable to hear but para nako man gud, ang tinud.anay na manag.uyab, moatubang jd sa mga problema TOGETHER and pangitaan jd unta na nila og paagi na ma.address thoroughly ang bikil...cool off is never an option, nor a solution...it's just a way of escaping the issue...

i find "cool off" helpful...
i mean, para sa akoa, mag cool off raman if u have a big fight, atleast you're partner isn't really giving up on ur relationship YET. It gives u time to evaluate how much u feel for ur partner.
The only problem i see in cool off is what people do if cool off sila sa ilang uyab. Naa uban, instead of thinking how to win the other person back mo cheat na noon, magbinuang...
Coz if naka decide na diay ka na buwag na mo, then say it to ur partner. Ang cool off dili lang i.decide sa isa ka tao, duha baya mo ana na relationship, u also have a say in it.
