Confidentiality only applies to the person who signed a contract and what the contract states about iit with regard to duration (if naa man). Its the call of the employee who signed a contract . If the perspective employee did not and they have seen a job offer stating the figures, i don't think they are bound to its confidentiality.

wherever you go... every work has its own sacrifices... CC or not...

High pay entails big sacrifices..... if you are all up to numbers, check also the work...

coz a lot of employees still resign even in big CC companies because of stress/health problems...

not really contractual... let's just say, for an agent, this is really just a "part-time" while waiting for the "waiting list" of real companies that gives regular employment-to-retirement job security....

murag naa man mga posting ana sa jobsdb, jobstreet etc. Pero if naa ka diri, naa man sila newspaper diri naa daghan job posting, nya you can call sad mga company diri... wala lan ko kabalo if daghan ba company ngari ngita agents... pero ako kaila kay call center dha nya nadawat diri as sales sa HP

as much as 40k agent level << biggest joke ??

if you think thats a joke, then obviously you havent worked in CVG banawa...lets say ur basic is 17k(mostly basic ni sa mga new)
plus 3500 allowance + sales pay out around 23k (dli pani ang highest ha!) equals? diba mga 40k

duhhh...if u dont believe it, then dont...just wanna help people out para they will know what is in there for them...

wala pa gani na labot sa monthly hi flier nga mga 10k usually and sa quarterly bonus nga around 5k....

that is sd..if you are a performing agent.
