I highly recommend Loi Salon. It's right in the middle of the Banilad Foodland area near RCBC and Julies (in front gyud sa new Banilad Flyover). mura ra cyag neighborhood parlor, pero high-end gyud ilang service. For hair rebond they use Schwarzkopf products (they are a preferred client sa Schwarzkopf suppliers in Cebu City). For Hotoil, murag nindot sad ilang product. Ingun ang owner barato daw gyud ang hotoil if they salons just use kanang baratuhon nga product. Pero she says makadaut daw na sa hair.

heaven's touch salon in 2nd flr mango square.. tell them to use the new product which is the matrix biolage.. only P450.. in other salons tag P650.
