    2 child per men?
    2 child per woman?

of course.. that's why there's a "question mark" at the end of the Title..

Even so.. Dili dapat mag bo-ot ang Government kung di ko mag hatag ug Pills or Condom sakong mga anak..

Daghan mu oppose sa bill just because of what their church is saying.... best way to decide for yourself is to read the bill and see if you agree with it or not.

kung ang balaod para sa tanan.. communista na ta...

naa man pud sense nga dili jud dapat parehason.. dili tungod kay naa preference pero kay naa applicability.. medu complicated ni.. i need somebody to discuss this further..

kung ako lang jud pabuton.. (assuming supreme ruler ko), id base the allowable no. of children on income.. kaluoy sa bata kung dili ma suportaan.. louy pud kaau ang uban siblings kay deprived sila sa full support.. like incomplete education , less medical attention, etc... reduced jud ang quality of life... kung kinsa ba gani naa pamilya dire. makasabot jud nga lisod magbuhi og bata.. dako jud kwarta kinhanlanon.. lisud na ibuhi ng 2, unsa pa kaha ng 3 or more?...

kung pro-life mo.. dapat i-consider pud ninu ang quality of life.. poverty is a state of living hell... overpopulation and poverty goes hand in hand.. i dont believe on socialist ideals.. real life is harsh... you have to open your eyes to whats realy going on and live with it..

i agree.. hypocrites and deluded dreamers....

life is harsh.. yet there are people who live on lofty ideals.. these are the people who always say "si lord na bahala" or would blame the government, society, and their neighbors for the problems..

    we need to be pragmatists..

Id rather eat with dirty hands than to die of hunger because of foolish pride...

In my own opinion: Problem here is "if" we give them our right hand, they will also eat our left.. If this bill will be passed.. I'm sure more will come.. and "note this".. slowly but surely.. our rights will be gone before we know it..

In a few years say for example this bill will go through.. People will be comfortable with it and then you know what happens next.. Our Freedom's gone..

By the way.. Claiming my own God given right which is Freedom.. is very different than being "Proud" of what I have or what I am..

Question: Who will benefit from this? When All of us will be buying Pills and Contraceptives? Of course.. Then again.. Pharma Companies?

democracy man ta.. sadly, ang mga tao ignorante.. either they dont know or they are abusing their freedoms... we filipinoes arent yet politicaly mature...

we are not a socialist/communist state.. so ayaw pagsalig sa goberno.. kay dili trabaho sa goberno magpakaon sa imo... kung gusto ka kaon lamion, cge, paningkamot mangita og kwarta.. kung gusto ka magutom, cge pag tinapolan.. you can be rich as you want to be, you can be poor as you want to be... thats the beauty of democracy and capitalism...

its your choice... in a socialist/communist country, you have no such freedom to choose...

ill gladly trade some of my freedom for prosperity.. we need to sacrifice something for the welfare of the country..

a little more discipline is beneficial to us...

yup.. and the buyers too.. contraceptives will be more accessible.. people will be more educated... whats wrong with the pharma companies gaining a profit? if they are capable of supplying the goods, they should be paid for their services... unsa man nga contraceptives ato paliton kung di mo supply ang mga pharma companies? lana sa albularyo?

we cant be too selfish now can we? dili maau ng cge ra ta dawat limpyo...

I would not give a part of my Freedom for Money.. I wouldn't.. That's my opinion..

    And don't worry..

Since it seems our future presidents are up for the "Fake" Climate Change.. We will have the False Prosperity in the Future..
