in my experience, of course, maka hubog jud na'ng 7 shots, or 14 shots, like the ones in boracay, but for a single drink, the ones i've seen that has successfully got some of my friends embarrassingly drunk are the following:

+ absinthe = banned in some countries, like the united states
+ F*ck You Archie = Jungle Bar, Boracay (i have only seen one friend survive this drink unscathed. the rest, all behaved weirdly and dropped dead after at least 45 minutes after downing the drink
+ Furo Loco = Cable Car, Pasay Rd., Makati City = i literally saw my friend's date change in behavior, slurred speech, walked in an almost crawl-like fashion just about 5 minutes after finishing the drink. this however, merely gave me a buzz
+ also tried this drink in Q Bar, Sukhumvit Rd., Bangkok that made me puke the entire night but i forgot what it was. the bartender recommended it when we asked for the strongest concoction
