i think the best we could do is to give tax incentives to families with 2 or less children... we shouldnt punish those who have more than 2...

i really hate the selfish people who shout out their rights without thinking of their fellowmen.... they may claim to fight for their rights but the truth is they are after their own interests, and unrealistic ideals and wishes to impose their will on others...

overpopulation is not about the number of people and land area only.. its about the capacity of an area to provide for the population. (availabilty of basic needs and services)

example.. a city with a population of 2 million but is still capable of supporting 2.5million is not overpopulated

wheras a village of 50 people but has a water supply capable for only 40 persons is overpopulated...
